side profile question

these pics are about 8 months or so apart and i haven’t done much to improve my side profile other than mewing correctly (i thought i was before but i learned it was wrong) and bonesmashing zygos and ramus. how can i make it more defined?

Get leaner. Also BS is mostly cope. Just temp swelling.
