Side Profile Surgery Suggestion / How fucked is my maxilla

How brutal is my side profile, Been looking into a Genioplasty and potential Rhinoplasty but at this point don't know if I just need a fucking bimax to fix my shit, this is me looking fully down.

Isn't looking down the most accurate view of this shit? Also if maxilla is fine is it just my shit chin or shit lower lefort 1 and jaw area?

In terms of Lower jaw, would you say a Genio is more effective for a lower jaw surgery?
