I wouldn't recommend this personally, it is my own (unverified) belief that jutting increases the risk that your jaw will become even more fucked up if you are jutting to fix an overbite. I dont know ur situation though so good luck

actually i just look 5x better while jutting and i do it for years from now and tbh i think it even helped me because my resting face become less recessed
