When I stand in a mirror and look to the right my nose looks longer and more hooked but my mandibular plane angle seems perfect.
When I look to the left my nose is much smaller and straight looking, supras seem to be more forward but my mandibular plane angle is undoubtedly much higher
How do you even fix this. Or do you need supraorbital rim implants, rhino and jaw angle implants
