On my life i don’t jutt, used to kinda have a underbite so that’s why I have so much chin projection

age stops developing in your early 20s for men

14-16 for women

No, facial bones don’t fully stop growing at 16. Growth slows after puberty but can continue subtly into the early 20s, especially the jaw and nose.
