I'm getting braces and a herbst appliance. Will it help me or is it just gonna make it worse. I also have the option of surgery but i'm just now hitting puberty so I don’t know if it's a good idea cause i can still have some growth

This might be the worst combo of recessed chin and high nasolabial angle I've seen dude, start saving up for jaw implants and rhino. Also have this combo but clearly not as extreme
