Hi how can I improve my upward and forward growth. I feel like the front of my face looks too compressed or pushed downward especially around the nose area. Also what can I do to get a longer ramus and fix my reccesed infras.

Recessed infras are basically impossible to effectively fix / mask without surgical methods. Go to your orthodonist and get a bunch of things to help your forward growth
