There's no "forgetting" you're lucky that your parents are reluctant to help. Fix it, start pinning, and maybe more surgeries if needed?

yeah me too bro my hyoid is fucking killing me but besides that my ramus is good but i m a bid reccesed,considered getting braces my underbite is slightly noticable

Thats even better if they are fully willing, in the meanwhile like you asked just get into the gym, focus on height with FGFR3 and CXX5 inhibs and also GH, grow ur hair out nicely and dont get shitty white boy fades get a nice hair style, groom yourself properly. Also Im lazy to mention this but ill do it since ur situation is good ask your parents to buy erdafitinib and Ky13982. Erda inhibits FGFR3 and Ky13982 inhibits CXX5 I wont deep dive into them but these are very good for height but search through the whole internet about them cuz if you take them blindly without any extra supp to negate the side effects then youll end up blind with scoliosis
