Fat grafts, saddled infraorbital implants, BIMAX + GENIO, jaw angle implants, dye your hair a darker colour.

You’ll likely need a rhino as well.

A lot of the heavy lifting could be done with Bimax + Rhino and fat grafts/infraorbital implants.

Some surgeons offer them together which brings the total price down significantly, I know Ramieri does infras, bimax and rhinoplasty all in one surgery so that could be an option for you.
