shitty angle, shave that pedostache, very bad submental region, flat maxilla, jaw is a bit recessed, im not sure if your eyes are looking down or not but you seem to be lacking good orbitals in general. Im not going to go into detail but you very clearly havent fully hit puberty yet since everything isnt quite projected.
