Sideburns fucked up big time

I was shaving my beard and accidentally went too high on the sideburns

My skull looks so weird now

How do i fix this? Whats the ideal place for sideburns to end?

Wait for them to grow back, I personally cut mine bottom ledge where the hole meets skin.
