STEP 1. Take a picture of your own side profile, analyze it and try estimate your flaws. (All imagery is of me).

So, after you've drawn some random red lines on your side to see what your angles and ratios say about your subhumanity, you need to look at them more closely, here's the list of my flaws for example.

1. My posture was messed up, i always had my head arched forward, which didn't let my natural development take place. Posture is extremely important.
2. Second major issue was the complete lack of maxillary projection, you can see my maxillary angle it looks like absolute fucking shit. Probably my worst feature, since it doesn't support any other bones growth. means my zygomatic projection and their position will be negativly impacted aswell, as my jaw positioning in comparison to my nose. It also fucks up my orbital vector (its negative as hell making my eyes look shitty too.)
3. My lower jaw is insanely recessed, my mandible is nonexistant and the jaw is too short. (this is because of maxilla aswell), my chin was too small and also recessed in comparison to my extremely fat and giant nose.
4. My fuckass nose, has a shitty convexity, no bone support from the maxilla shitty contact with my browridge (which is also recessed.) basically all suboptimal angles, and mostly suboptimal features.
5. my browridge and general head, my head is too large compared to my face, and my browridge is feminine as fuck.

STEP 2, see what you can do about it. sadly a large amount of these features are not changeable, there's little to nothing you can do. IF your suitures are closed. at the point of this image being taken i was 15. and my suitures were closing, my growthplates were closed (at 5'9 :feelswhy:). So what you need to realize is that you have one shot at this. and that shot needs to land. You need to do research on what and how you can fix it, and i noticed the following;

1. My posture, it made it look worse than it actually was. I started improving it, this gave my face the structure to develop on, proper health habits, food nutrition will help your bones develop to the fullest potential you can have them go. (its almost 100% GENETICS:forcedsmile:)
2. fix diet + sleep
3. Now we have all the basics done, and have done enough research to get to the more advanced shit, we will roid. I suggest starting with peptides to start feeling the effects and understanding the chemistry. I did sermorelin. Then after getting used to it i hopped on. I wont give any cycle advice, if you want that please dm me.
4. After a few months of good habits and peps i saw that development was not really occuring. I hopped on, unrelated to my side i had an otoplasty a month ish later.
5. Pray your development wasnt over and you didnt fuck up your health. What i did is try maxemise the development remaining from my puperty. If you need more than this ( more severe recession than i have) look into orthodontic appliances, a Y-style expander is something i looked into and which could be used.

Theres no hope for my side without surgery so cant even fix that, but my front is good so its fine for now ig
