Sidesleeping effects face?

Any other side sleepers here? I can’t sleep on my back I’ve tried for well over a decade my body refuses to do so. Will this effect the face smooshing it into the pillow, tossing turning etc.

I think leaning on one hand when writing or using phone does more damage since you actively push the bone. Pillow is soft

Yes it does it fucked up my right side because that’s the only side I slept on during puberty, it’s more recessed than my left
