Sigma is merely a guy who realizes his subhumanity- who realizes he has beta genetics, yet:
1) refuses to submit to the alpha- only wants to submit to God and his own intuition
2) refuses to be a Gamma- ie a fuckup who is trying to bring down the alpha and society
Sigma puts himself into self-designated isolation- refusing to partake in society because he knows he won't be treated like the alpha, and he can't handle that. Sigma is at least honest with himself
From there, Sigma practices self-awareness, and directs his drives to the most productive things he can
sigma is at best equal to a high performing beta- depending on what one values. Some people value material comforts- in that case they'll say the high-tier beta is superior. Some people value inner-congruity and freedom, so they'll say sigma life is better
