What are the symptoms that indicate I might need MARPE/MSE?

Can't breathe through ur nose
Chronic forward head posture and pelvic tilt

Compressed face (lacking lateral expansion)

I can’t go to sleep like a normal person with a pillow cause my mouth will open so I sleep without a pillow and I can sleep normally with my nose and how do I know if a I got narrow palate and compressed face?
