Signs you can find in your poop that shows your body doesn't like what you're eating

1. Your poop stinks: indicates the food is rotting or not fresh
2. Your poop volume is massive: if you ate a meal and the volume of your poop is close to the volume of the meal, that means most of the meal is useless to your body
3. Your poop has many undigested components: either a digestive issue or your body doesn't want to digest it.
4. You have a lot of gas: poor diet quality or you're eating things your gut doesn't really like

These aren't absolute truths but they seem to fit pretty well in my experience.
