My legs naturally are very muscular so I might be biased. I'm just don't take it as seriously as upper body, becasue they grow so fast. I take training my delts seriously, becasue those muscles actually matter.

My legs naturally are very muscular so I might be biased. I'm just don't take it as seriously as upper body, becasue they grow so fast. I take training my delts seriously, becasue those muscles actually matter.
I neglect delts my shoulders pop like hell it is very bad and obstructive

I need to do some baseline shit at home daily to fix them tbh

Some things here and there I don’t agree but this is a very good outline to how to not be a gymcel it has this gymcel that sits down next to me in class I mog him to Mumbai and he still finds shit to suit his insecurities (he said notting about my face bc he knows I’m mog him to Mumbai) when I was literally bigger than him last year by like 3 times I stopped because of exams and got smaller then I discovered lookism so my approach to training what do I say to him to convince him that’s it’s over for him his face is just round and fat
