You wear your shoes for years and months until social pressure makes you change shoes.
when i was 17, i was in a jogging club for troubled youth, i had my worn out shoes, and i told the club leader i didnt want to buy new ones,
the club reward at the end was a new pair of shoes.
so he was me jogging in my shit shoes to be able to get the new ones.
So he offered to buy me new ones cause he tought i was poor.
in reality my family is really wealthy.
After when i got the shoes, i got very close to not getting them.
i ended up wearing them until they almost broke down.
