Silent sinus syndrome or crooked sphenoid? It’s over probably

One side of my face has no under eye support down to behind my nostril and the eye is lower and nose is deviated towards that side, when I was a kid up until 14 my eyes were symmetrical and nose wasn’t deviated so either I got silent sinus syndrome which I’m hoping because than I can fix it or a crooked sphenoid than it might be over. But probably sinus cause I got nasal valve collapse on that side too and it used to be filled in until it changed.
