I am getting chin implant with very experienced surgeon, and the silicone implant will be from Germany. I completely get you too, I would love genio or medpor, however it is non-existent. And If I just sit here and think in some time I will get genio or medpor somewhere in other country, is just pure cope. I wanna ascend hard, so I gotta make changes while I can. I am already 23 years old

What I meant with that is silicon implant are mostly eroding with the bone I tho k you didn't research silicone as implant material enough

It is very likely to be harmful to you and it's not gonna be customizable to your skelletion

It doesn't make sense to save a few bucks just for you to have more expensive problems later on

When chin implant settles there is no more bone erosion. And the changes are like 2mm or less. Its not matter of few bucks, also genioplasty with good surgeon would cost around 5k-6k euro easily in turkey or any other country. 5k Euro in my currency is 15,829 Gel, Chin implant costs around 3,200 Gel in my country. My salary is 2,100 Gel per month, now do you understand why I avoid going abroad and getting it done? Shits too expensive

Nose is slightly swollen so these are not final results, but I also love this too even if it is swollen I am very pleased doc did amazing work to make it look as natural as possible. What was done: Fixed nose hump, also nasal bridge, also nasal bridge wall was apparently curved and needed fixing so partially insurance is covering the cost, low radix correction. Rib Cartilage was also used , I had piezo rhinoplasty after surgery I felt no pain at all and everything went very smoothly. I am very satisfied

Really good. The result might be even better than the morph made by your surgeon.

But i can't help but think you should absolutely get trimax brother. I know money is the problem but it would make a huge difference.

Augmenting his chin will carry the biggest aesthetic benefit. Ideally, he would undergo a mini-wing (fuck the notch) or a regular genio. But maybe the implant will do the job just fine. Filling in the mentolabial fold with a fat graft or dermal filler will probably improve the result.

This costed me around 6500 Gel which is quite a money in my country but compared to USD its only 2,421.

Holy shit thanks for the morph . Yeah I am planning on getting chin implant, because genio is quite an expense for me, I will have to fly to some country because "apparently" our maxillofacial surgeons do not perform such procedure unless patient is severely recessed and has health problems, also I doubt anyone could do a good work here. So yeah I am sticking with implant, the salary I have I can only afford surgeries in my country and not abroad. My parents can definitely afford such surgery for me but If they just get a little info about it they will probably say no and also will think of hundred of ways how it might "kill me" you know how good parents go

Yeah man if I was in US or if I had good salary, I would fly to turkey and get one. Just your average clinic in turkey might charge you between 3000-5000 Euro (just the surgery itself), and ain't no way I am risking it with average clinic. I do not want nerve damage and permanent numbness. even if we say 3000 Euro and convert it in my currency its around 9,423 thats 4 month of my salary + do not forget hotel expenses, clinic expenses (consultation, x-ray etc) and getting to turkey. 3000 euro is not alot for me but aint no way I am paying that little for pretty risky and invasive surgery.

Because I am surgerymaxxing I haven't worked out for a long time, when I am lean I have a decent definition and decent zygomatic bone.

Yes good suggestion will do. but that will be my fourth anesthesia will that not fuck me up? I got 2 anesthesia when I was a kid to fix breathing problems now third when I got rhino and then that genio which is fourth . With implant I will just have local anesthesia
