We sustain that these results are the outcome of the implemented surgical technique in conjunction with the adequate implant material used: that is, an intraoral approach with insertion of a soft silicone implant under the periosteum. We also propose that every patient has a different response to the implant, and to investigate which factor could affect the erosion is beyond the goal of this study.

Definitely not as much becasue they lack the muscle.Movement causes the resorption.Chin is much worse

bro this shit is literally disproven. Bone absorption is little to none. Some dude on here had it for like 15 years before he got bimax. Very little if any bone resorption. He said it was negligible. Also Genio isnt that good. U get indentations on the chin. Ive seen results where people get genion then chin implant as well.

Maybe bacuase it differs from patient to patient? and silicone doesnt cause any noticable yes.Its not disproven this is from a study dawg
