Silicone implants or titanium

I just finished hardmaxxing my nose with a rhinoplasty. I’m looking to get infra orbital implants extended to my zygos which implants should I get titanium or silicone and which is better and the pros and cons for both.

I think titanium are better

yeah about silicone is just ass and some people say titanium is super od but it’s more stable
