Simple exercise to reduce belly fat at home

Here's a simple exercise that will gradually reduce your belly fat if you just happened to don't want to get on the floor and do planks or any other exercise

Firstly you want to breath it through your nose feeling your diaphragm expand and then exhale through the mouth to release every bit of air inside of your lungs effectively

Also make sure you're in a a straight posture

After that you want to create a vacuum in your stomach and hold it for 10 or 30 seconds


If you have a difficult time doing it I'd recommend doing vocal exercises which will improve your breathing as without having a good ability to use and control your breath effectively will make it difficult


Here are the benefits of doing a stomach vacuum which can be done anywhere

Reduce belly fat
Improved core
Better posture
Reduce back pain

You will see results in 3 weeks if I were to assume you don't have any junks on your diet because no amount of exercises can fix a body that pretty much eat and drink noodles chips soda sausage and various of unhealthy food


Note you will feel soreness in your stomach and be sure to do this 4 times a week and don't overtrain your stomach as it is just like any other exercise
