We all eat slop every once in a while whether its going out with a girl or going out with friends or family or really anything, and you will always be chopped as FUCK hours after eating it. This short guide will go through what exactly to do after you eat your goyslop.

If you don't want to have to resort to loop diuretics because your afraid of the small side effects then fear no more this guide is for you.

*Keep in mind, this is BETTER for you in terms of health, but loop diuretics will always be superior*

You will need dandelion root powder extract, aspirin, k2 and finally vitamin E.

All you need to do is pop 325mg aspirin, 500 mcg k2, 600iu vitamin E, 1,575 mg dandelion root.

The reason this works is because it debloats your face because it makes you hold less water, not because it removes face fat.
The biggest reason is the dandelion root. It is a natural diuretic which means it helps your kidneys get rid of extra water and sodium by making you pee more. When your body is carrying less extra fluid, you look less puffy overall.

All the aspirin does is it lowers inflammation. If some of the puffiness is from inflammation caused by salty food, bad sleep, allergies, stress, or hormones, reducing that inflammation can make your face look less swollen. It does not debloat the face by itself, but it can make swelling go down.

The vitamin E may help a little in the same way because it has antioxidant and mild anti-inflammatory effects but its not the main reason you will notice a visible difference.

The vitamin K2 doesnt do much for fast facial debloating. K2 is how your body handles calcium and certain clotting-related proteins. Its not known for making your face look less puffy overnight.
 
or just take a 30 minute walk after eating it to negate the glucose spike and avoid getting bloated in the first place

Walking helps a little but not the way ur thinking..
goyslop = blood sugar spike = sodium retention = bloat

walking for 30 minutes crushes any blood sugar spike if you time it right so you never end up storing access water in the first place, other than from increasing your carb stores, to fix that just eat less carbs from other sources that day or the next
