1- HGH Therapy:
  • Drug: human growth hormone (rhGH), specifically injectable somatropin. preferably Pharma grade
  • Dose: start with 2 IUs and climb up to 4-6 IUs depending on side effects and money
  • Frequency: Daily injections, once in the morning once before bed
  • Monitoring: Blood work to check thyroid, GH, IGF-1, etc..
2- Aromatase Inhibitors:
  • Drug: Aromasin
  • Dose: Initiate with a low dose 6mg~ EOD then 12mg~ EOD then 25mg~ EOD until you notice TOO low estrogen side effects. check estrogen levels
  • Frequency: Regular monitoring of estrogen levels to guide dose adjustments.

  • Fat: Eat Eggs, 15%+ Fat Beef, Whole Milk, Dairy etc
5- Footwear:
  • Shoes: Customized shoes with built-in lifts, providing additional height discreetly and comfortably.
  • Shoe Lifts: Adjustable lifts placed inside shoes for controlled height adjustments.
6- Physical Therapy:
  • Exercises: exercises focusing on posture, spine alignment, and stretching to maximize the Growth. (best will be 1.5x body weight lat pulldown dead hang)
