Briefly glanced, can’t be asked for patterns there’s too many potential ones

I just did if outside shape is a minus and if inside is a plus
So:
-3 + (+)4 = (+)1
-2 + (-)1 = -3
-5 + (+)3 = -2

Only 4 has two outside shape
