Skin Care Made Simple
- Cut out Pornography - Pornography causes hormonal imbalances, which is linked to acne breakouts all over the body (doesn't happen to everyone).
- At Least a Basic Skin Care Routine - Find products that work for you, at least a facial cleanser, face cream, and Vaseline/Aquaphor for the lips. (Serums and Exfoliators are not suitable for everyone, putting too much product on your face can make skin worse for some people). For the body use body wash with aha bha pha, this will exfoliate your skin and clean the body properly.
- Wear Vaseline at night - Vaseline protects skin barrier and repairs it, placing a thin layer over your face at night after your regular skin care routine is recommended. Make sure that you clean your face thoroughly before applying Vaseline so it does not run the risk of clogging your pores. (facial cleanser is sufficient).
- Drinking Water - A lot of people are dehydrated, on the contrary however, some people drink too much water which will also leave you dehydrated. Drinking too much water will make you urinate out vital minerals, vitamins, and electrolytes which your body needs to function. No person should drink more than 2 to 4L of water a day, unless you're on steroids and are competing in bodybuilding (if you are why are you here?).
- Exercise and Diet - Exercise and diet have positive effects on the body, do not starve yourselves, you will end up looking worse, eat healthy foods, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, red meats time to time, it is important you eat whole foods, and not fast foods with dozens of ingredients, most of which are chemicals. People should aim to eat at least 2,000 calories a day for maintenance, most people need more than that, but that is just the scientifically backed "average".
