tried to breathe fast for fun. And then thought what happened if I kept going faster n faster.. chest become so painful, became light headed and dizzy. Had to gasp for air but I didn’t. Almost passed out into a coma but I was mentally strong to stay awake. My eyes were watery as fuck. I think my hart aged 20 years in 5 mins. Guys Don’t try this alone. I’m having heart palpitations as we speak. Just finished 6th energy drink. It’s totally normal for my lifestyle. I smoke a lot too but I’m trying to quit because I finish a pack in 2 days usually.
