Simulating surgery results

Just for my own curiosity i was wondering if there were any ai or program out there that would ai generate possible results for a surgery/augment a pic likewise or is that something i can only expect from a surgeon after consultation. Doesnt have to be perfect im just curious and chat gpt wont do it

the way AI image generation works is that it learns patterns from the massive datasets it's trained on. So for facial augmentation, it would need to be trained on a huge dataset of before and after surgery photos. Then given an input photo, the AI can analyze the features and predict how they might change based on those learned patterns. The results are generated by adjusting pixel values in the input image according to that model - so it's not really simulating actual surgical procedures, but rather extrapolating from known outcomes what a potential result would look like for similar facial structures.
