I'm High T af without juicing because of NoFap should I go on TRT after 28?

@Thomas DOM

You should look into the peptides Selank and Semax.

They instantly kill brainfog to such a high degree it’s crazy and are incredibly good at clearing up depression and anxiety very quickly, might be alternatives to opioids in your case.

Selank in particular can be considered an opioid in high doses.

They’re also extremely good for your brain as they’re nootropics.

1000 (No Larp) I've been doing cold showers and NoFap for a year and perfect diet
There’s no way your Free T is 1000 naturally, that’s probably your Total T.

Total T =/= Free T

How come then that there are tons of reports about them doing the opposite and giving brain fog?

I'd assume because of a too-high dose, BDNF (brain-derived nootropic factor) boosting peptides can cause brain fog with the wrong doses. But if used correctly can cure it.
