Since I have the flu today does this protocol help?

Got up in the morning noticed that my symptoms were still present so I drank 330 ml of water first thing. Gave it another hour to drink 200 ml of water mixed with 500 mg zinc + B complex fizz capsules.

Had a light breakfast because less food fights off infection faster so I just had 6 salami slices and 80g of full fat cow cheese. After I had 300 ml of black tea + paracetamol.
Then during about 12 I had Christmas dinner.
Idk what I should have for lunch
I also drink 3.5 litres of water a day

I am thinking of using the sauna to “sweat out” toxins for 10-15 minutes too

Oh thats good then, I take like 2g when im ill and im back healthy after 2 days. Haven't been ill longer than that for like 2 years
