Since i smoked weed and got a bad trip i have insomnia, night anxiety and see shadows after waking up in night and pay attention to weird sounds

I smoked on dicember 2 after finally being out of xanax 2 weeks (prescribed) and got a bad trip so bad that now i canr sleep at night because of fear of schizophrenia, sometimes i wake up and see shadow people, scary AF

tried to listen to music but sometimes i hear like some sounds or tones on the music and think its schizophrenia hallucinations, what it can be? fuck

im scared of it being schizophrenia, it just anxiety? what should i do
