Since i smoked weed and got a bad trip i have insomnia, night anxiety and see shadows after waking up in night

I smoked on dicember 2 after finally being out of xanax 2 weeks (prescribed) and got a bad trip so bad that now i canr sleep at night because of fear of schizophrenia, sometimes i wake up and see shadow people, scary AF

im scared of it being schizophrenia, it just anxiety? what should i do

these are my symptoms (im extremely hypondryac) Low libido after that wee| panick attack (probs anxiety) good mood and i love talking, im extroverted but sometimes i get difícult talking because i slip my words stomach acidity parestesia need to think and do nothing (overthinking) spasms

no schizophrenic in family, only anxiety on grandma, aunt and TOC on mom
