Since medial canthus cutting is a thing why dont people also cut their lateral canthus

then only optic nerve near the lateral canthus is nerve 2c which is multiple mm downwards and noone would give themselves nct on purpose

on top of that, cutting usually is only a dermis only procedure anyway, usually trying to slowly open the lateral canthal fold outwards

ill probably go for it even though im low iq, the v1 nerve is very risky but it only effects sensory input, not vision
i would try and use a dull knife and make microcuts on the fold over time
