Minoxidil probably dont "FUCK" collagen, but for me 2% is a lot. They say you lose 1% collagen a year from a certain age. So it would be two years of aging.

No. It darkens the skin where you apply it, not the eyebrows. It can also darken the iris if applied in the eyes (e.g. bimatoprost eyedrops)

That shit will burn your fat pads. You can get collagen back with retin A which is a lot cheaper than the fillers required to get your upper eyelid fat pads back
