Since the elites want to kill all of the NEETS and incels, why haven’t they started WW3 yet?

Since American society is becoming increasingly brutal and cutthroat for most Gen Z men, eventually it will get to a point where 80 percent of Gen Z men will be NEETS. This is obviously by design as the elites have billions of dollars yet they do nothing to help us and actively make life worse for us. Obviously the government’s solution will probably be to kill is all off in a war. But my question is…. Why haven’t they started the war yet? Why not just start the war now and kill us as soon as possible?

If we are truly useless to society, why not just get it over with and start the war now? Or create a concentration camp and kill us now? Why is everything being dragged out?
