Hi everyone, I have breathing problems, specifically sinusitis. How can I get rid of it? Does mouth breathing at night affect bloat face?

Have you been to an ENT? They might recommend an allergy test and check inside your nose to see if there are issues such as enlarged turbinates, deviated septum, nasal polyps, cysts ect. They also may give you antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications depending on your situation. You could try Flonase or allergy medicine to see if that provides some relief.

I went to the ENT doctor alone without my parents, and he did a test and said that my sinuses were clogged. Then he mentioned my throat, saying that I had thick, yellowish mucus there. He gave me a spray and a throat clearer. Next time I'll go with my parents, and they'll give me antibiotics.
