yeah, i also realized my baseline mood and mindset changed after a certain point (probably after 120-140k posts on lookism)

Its not that you think attractiveness is about volunteering and hobbies before, its beating yourself over your flaws and fixating yourself to all this that starts affecting your regular fuctioning

Is it curable or not?

No. It's chronic but manageable. After around 17 years (on average) it will drive you mad and you will seek help at all costs. Many people with that shit get hospitalized but it's a shitty treatment and it makes it worse. Your only hope is something like SSRI (you can cope that it's poison, it helps people like you) or you will see your brain crumble. You don't need me, you can do your own google search.

Sorry brocel. Quit doing google search about Ethiopian Jews and read about Pure OCD. There is no doubt since you fit all the symptoms, age, and it got worse with time. You doubted having OCD because you thought it's just germs / symmetry and all that bullshit but there are phenotypes.

People used to think in the past that OCD is a disease of geniuses but studies confirmed it's usually more prevalent in lower IQ individuals just like being schizo (blacks have the highest rates of being schizos) thing is, some geniuses did had OCD like Nikola tesla. He had the more common type tho.
