He did talk about a few interesting things, he was actually really based (might ask the girl for the notes she was writing). But in short what I found most interesting was about a theory he had on opposing forces and how they are needed to maximize your learning and how to navigate through life as well as the differences between females and males. He also mentioned incels a bit and the effect of pornography and masturbation - in short he did also talk about stuff he wanted to write in his new book so I guess that's something you wouldn't find online right now
