I always see gymcel doing this. It’s basically a compromise on perceived shoulder width for a gain in perceived arms and chest size.

Shoulders > bicep/chest.

Just get the true to size high quality Tees and tailor the sleeves if its needed

You get that with one size down good fellow but might be different depending how ur built
