Certain Skeletal Frame Measurements are highly advantageous in MMA, Kickboxing, Wrestling etc and those are most common among certain mostly White Populations

• Ape index: High Armlenght/Reach especially Forearms: Biomechanically advantageous in most combat sports
• SHR: Biacromial to Biiliac Ratio: Creates leverage and torque
• Frame robustness: Circumference of Wrists and Elbow/Knee Joints contribute to especially Wrestling success
• Bone mineral density
• Ribcage width: Small Ribcage is associated with lower upper-body strength
• Height: At least Average ( global male average is 5’8) but preferably 6ft1-6ft3

Which Populations have the worst Starting Conditions?

South Asians
East Asians
Southeast Asians
East African Cushitic Groups

Within Europe: Portuguese,Spaniards and Italians have worse Biomechanics than many others

American Mestizos also since their genetic makeup is half Iberian half indigenous

I have weird biomechanics, 6’3” with an equal wingspan but a huge ribcage and wide clavs, but a small waist and wide hips.

I have freakishly long legs I can kick over the head of my 6’6” kickboxing instructor
Its a shame that I have small ankles and wrists. Also small feet which apparently is very good for sprinting? But I prefer to gymcel

Yes but Croats/Montenegrins can’t be considered ethnically southern Europe since they have Slavic Northern Origin and mog all other Southern European extremely hard .

They probably have the best skeletons for fighting success in the world and grip strength rivaling Germanics, other Slavics ans Baltics

Yeah iirc most balkaners are slavic and do tend to mog a lot, I think even some parts of greece are extremely slavic but I would have to check again
