So I have used a cream that is called Acnatac, and it contains tretinoin and something called clindamycin. I wonder if it would be good for me to also use hydrocortisone while I’m on Acnatac, since I want a smaller nose

u dont, i use adapalene and my acne is basically done, only thing left is the hyperpigmentation. and yes u can

Tretinoin would be good to use. Since I cannot see your face I cannot accurately judge whether or not you should use tretinoin/isotret or just Accutane. I do however recommend you to try Tretinoin out first and see if it helps with your acne. I would not reccomend hydrocortisone for a smaller nose. If you ever decide to use Accutane, it will make your nose a little smaller but not by a significant amount. I recommend to just save up for a rhinoplasty. You will need anywhere from 3-7k depending on how much work you want done on your nose, location and surgeon (bridge, nasal tip, width, nostril size, length, straightness, etc). Good luck!

Depends on how bad your skin is also 0.25 is pretty low if you have acne
