Skin advice in general

Recently i've been getting more acne and i've done most of the basic stuff already basic skincare,water,diet though some of these did help a little bit. They didnt help permently. Ive looked into accutane aswell however i dont know where to get it. I also need advice on getting my skin to actually look good. Cause having good skin is one thing. But getting it to have good texture and all that good stuff is where it gets a little hard. Budget although very small is manegable. I can spend around $500 right now and more in the future. Note that anything helps even if its something basic.

yeah it purged first so it was a little bit worse for like 23 days then started getting better, i had some pain in left groin/leg when walking but its gone now, also lips are cracking a little bit and dry skin sometimes, im on 20mg

If you really want to take accutane, start searching up multiple dermatologist and plan a visit to them.
Tell your skin problems and if there isn’t another good solution you‘ll probably end up getting accutane prescribed.
Consume as less milk products, fast food and sweets as possible and watch your skin precisely.
Watch out for your mental health, if you notice any problems right now.
So plan a visit to the dermatologist and he’ll probably give you a better advice then most in the .org.
