Skin advice needed

So I hopped on tret 0.05 and I guess there’s some results because acne is a little less prevalent, but still not entirely gone yet. I’ve been on it for about a month and a half now. Should I start using azelaic acid to aid with the skin glow process? I also need advice on what certain other topicals to get. My current skincare routine is to cleanse, then use a retinol+vitamin c+niacinamide serum, and then end it off with the tret+hydroquinone cream. Also let me know of any isotret brands I should look into.
