Hi, I would like to know what I can use to remove all the dead skin from my face, I use a lot of scrubs but I notice that they do practically nothing, while if I use my hands it is better..Do you know of any product that removes dead skin (MUST WORK), It should be as powerful as possible.

-Tretinoin
