skin bleaching fail

i tried skin bleaching with hydroquinone 4% , tret .5% and fluiconole acetonade .1% but i only got around 1 shade lighter . i expected a deathnic cleanse but i didnt get my results so im gonna wait the 1 month cooldown and go for it again , my thoughts why i failed was i didnt use a cream with all 3 compounds in 1 insted applied layers idk if this is the reason im also gonna inject glutathione this time so ion fuck it up again!!!
