From Fitz 3 to Fitz 1 not really possible. Went from dark Fitz 3 to Light Fitz 3/Dark Fitz 2 in about 8 months. Don't really think Fitz 1 (Pale Irish Girl level white) is really possible starting from a Fitz 3.

I just posted these pics on the eye lightening thread. Top pic is pre-lightening, as of Jan. 2023 (when I started). Taken outside (probably appears lighter than I actually was). Bottom taken last week (to document change in eye color with eye lightening solution I formulated). The bottom picture was taken indoors, so I think I actually look darker than I am. Anyways, I used the Glutatathione and Vitamin C stack listed in BOTB. So that was the color change.

I think you COULD maybe get to Fitz 1 if you were willing to use monobenzene, which I am not.

P.S. Side effect of glutathione is that it made my hair grow out blonde. Check out the eyebrows.

What is the solution to the blonde hair growing out? Does it stop if you stop taking glutathione
