so these are the 4 main things i used in my stack and are gonna bleach you if your baseline is lower than fp 4 dark.
HYDROQUIONINE 4% (HOLY GRAIL OF SKIN BLEACHING)
Hydroquinone 4% is a prescription-strength topical skin-lightening agent primarily used to treat hyperpigmentation issues like melasma, sun spots, age spots, and post-inflammatory scars. It works on a cellular level by binding to and inhibiting tyrosinase, an essential enzyme your skin cells (melanocytes) need to produce melanin, the pigment responsible for skin color. By blocking this enzyme and accelerating the natural shedding of older, dark surface cells, a 4% formula effectively breaks down and fades localized dark patches to create a more uniform skin tone and can drasticaly lighten your skin, with visible results typically appearing within four to eight weeks. However, because it decreases protective pigment, it leaves your skin highly sensitive to the sun, making regular sunscreen application mandatory to prevent darkening from returning.
you have to use it in cycles 2 months off and 2 months on or else you can develop exogenous ochronosis which looks like this and it wil be over because it is very hard to treat
this is gonna provide u the best results in your bleaching plus fix hyperpigmentation too if u have it
Kojic acid soap (kojie san soap) 2nd biggest driver
Kojie San soap relies heavily on kojic acid, a powerful fungal byproduct that serves as a potent chelation agent to disrupt the rate-limiting step of melanogenesis. It lightens skin tone by effectively binding to copper ions at the active site of the tyrosinase enzyme, rendering it incapable of catalyzing the conversion of tyrosine into melanin. As this enzymatic suppression actively prevents the formation of new pigment deep within the basal layer, the soap's secondary exfoliating action accelerates cellular turnover at the surface, sloughing away existing hyperpigmented keratinocytes. This simultaneous approach—arresting new pigment synthesis while rapidly shedding old, dark surface cells—gradually shifts the skin toward a brighter tone and will work great in lightening.
Azelaic acid
Azelaic acid works as a highly selective "smart lightener" rather than a traditional, aggressive bleaching agent. While a harsh bleach like hydroquinone shuts down pigment production across your entire face, azelaic acid targets only the abnormal, hyperactive pigment cells (melanocytes) that are actively causing dark patches like melasma, sun spots, or post-acne marks. By locking onto and blocking the tyrosinase enzyme within these specific overactive cells, it effectively puts the brakes on extra melanin production. This targeted approach allows it to fade stubborn discoloration and restore your natural complexion
you can use it in the 2 months off cycle of hydroquionine to maintain results or use forever like me it wont do shit to your skin unlike hydroquionine
Tazarotene 0.1%
Tazarotene brightens your skin by acting like a high-speed reset button for your cells. Instead of blocking pigment directly, this powerful retinoid binds to specific receptors to drastically speed up your skin’s natural shedding process. It forces your skin to rapidly dump old, dark, melanin-packed cells at the surface and replace them with fresh, healthy ones. At the same time, it stops pigment from spreading evenly into new skin cells and boosts collagen production. This combination of intense exfoliation and cellular renewal replaces a dull, patchy complexion with a highly organized, smooth surface.
it will make your skin look not dull and dead and will give the skin glow instead of bleaching it specifically but worked wonders for me
it will also clear your acne if u have minimal to moderate
this was the stack i used and bleached my skin very good id rate this 8/10
i went on 2 cycles
1st cycle was fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%, hydroquinone 4%, and tretinoin 0.05%
i did it for 2 months and took 2 months off
i used tretinoin as it was a less aggresive retinoid and had to make my skin build tolerance so that i could use tazarotene after
in the 2nd cycle i used hydroquione 4 % separately with tazarotene 0.1 % and azelaic acid 20 % with kojie san soap
heres my routine
i took shower around 8 pm used kojie san soap on my whole face and body and let it sit around 5-7 mins everyday.after that i used sandwitch method to apply
hydroquionine and then applied tazarotene.
suncreen is law i reapplied my sunscreen every 3-4 hours which was spf 50 + if u are not wearing sunscreen you stay a nigger and all of this wont do shit.
Now theres another thing which is i think really really good for bleaching too but i didnt use it because of the sourcing problem plus pinning everyday is hard asl however will use on the next cycle which is
Glutathione IM injectables
Intramuscular glutathione injections brighten your skin from the inside out by changing the type of pigment your body makes. By injecting it straight into the muscle, the antioxidant enters your bloodstream at full strength and blocks the tyrosinase enzyme, which is responsible for creating dark spots. Even better, it acts as a molecular switch: it tells your skin cells to stop producing dark brown pigment (eumelanin) and start producing a much lighter, reddish-yellow pigment (pheomelanin) instead. Because this change happens deep within your body's chemistry, it creates a gradual, uniform brightening effect across your entire skin tone.
this will lighten your whole body instead of just face but u have to keep pinning it to maintain results
Results
this was me before any bleaching
i am not even indian still looked ethnic shitskin
me now after 2 cycles
however my journey is still not over i still need to get lighter my arms and my overall body still needs more lightening i will hop on inj gluta and keep yall updated
pls rep me it took alot of my time to make this thread
my lips are still darker i know will exfoliate them
