I searched alot about skin bleaching and after all I think this is the best I can do with my budget
600 mg NAC, 1200 mg gluta,1000 mg msm, hydroquinone 4% , and tret 0,05% and ldar away from the sun
The issue is idk how much vit c should I take and also I couldn't find injectable glutathione so I'll just try pills even tho it's radioactivity is low
Can someone who has experience tell me how much vit c should I take and if I should change anything else
