Skin breakouts source?

I've been having bad breakouts the last two days, but not acne. It's purely dry skin and inflammation. I woke up two days ago and I felt like shit, my eyes were puffy and inflamed, I could barely open them and my whole face was red and dry. Skin was flaking off and very uncomfortable, today I woke up the same way. I was wondering what this could be caused by, my leading theory is that my dust allergy could have caused it as I reorganized my room recently. My other theory is that the new vape I got was doing this. Any ideas are welcome, thank you.

Definitely an allergic reaction. Drop vaping and pick up a different way to administer nicotine.

vaping is legit frying you and raising cortisol so your lwk fried also it could be puberty, but vapes can cause breakouts.

It could be both but stop vaping
